Return and Exchange Policy

Nebulens will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of the purchase, under the following conditions:

  • There are no visible signs of damage
  • All original packaging is intact
  • Any sign of damage will compromise the Nebulens guarantee 

Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

For all returns or exchanges, please email support@nebulens.store or visit the 'Contact Us' page and provide your order number along with the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Nebulens is not responsible and will not be held accountable for return shipments lost by the carrier.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, along with the approval or rejection status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original method of payment.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to support@nebulens.store or visit the 'Contact Us' page.

If you do not report the damage within 48 hours of delivery, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage and return requests.
